For coated or uncoated implants

Abrasive-blasted implants have a greater surface area over which to make contact with bone or a coating. Use of traditional blasting media will result in contamination, as some grit remains embedded in the implant surface. himed's MCD Abrasive is soluble during normal passivation, resulting in a residue-free, highly textured implant.
